The day of waiting and next day at the beach resort 22-23 Dec.

Thursday was a slow morning. I walked out for breakfast and then I bought some chewing gum and some sun block! Back at Mai Fair paying some bills and for lunch I went to a special restaurant were they educated young street boys and girls to work in a restaurant! Nice youngsters and the food was good at 

After lunch I walked around for a while and I had a coffee! Then at 3pm I went to the India embassy and got my passport with a correct Indian Visa! Good !!!

A german man Lars and I were sitting at the Inn charing experiences of travelling - very nice! I walked out for my evening beer and after that I had some more waiting before taking a taxi to Aun Sang Stadion and the night bus! Arrived early and got some help from a man to find the right bus - its a bit tricky when you don't know the language! We left in the dark at 9.30pm and stoped at various places to pick up more people until the bus was completly full. We stoped a couple of times and one for those who wanted to eat! The dark, several buses and you get a feeling that you have to get on the right bus st the right time! OK.

The buses moves quite slowly but at around 4 in the dark morning we arrived in ChaungTha beach and they stoped at the various hotels. My turn to get of the bus and there was my Allians Hotel!

Me and two other guys checked in and we were lucky to get our rooms and could get some sleep! I had felt pain in my throut some days and especially this night so I had decided to take another cure of antibiotics!

I slept in and decided to get up a around 11am. I got breakfast at the roof top terrace, coffe, juice and a pan cake! OK! 

Now I walked down to the beach - maybe not the best one but long and not crowded!

The water was warm and nice! I walked to check a tempel, that turned out to be a rock and inside a tempel!

Walked the main street and found a coffe place but I thought I would need to get an overview of the town so I went back and hired a moto bike! I drow to the first end and had my photo taken!

Then I drow to the other side were the boats were and a striped horse or was it a zebra? Strange?!!

The strange thing was when I turned in to my Hotel there was another one??!!

In the evening I went out for dinner but I didn't find a place so I went back to the Hotel and asked Jeffrey, the manager, if I could get some food and he served a delicious meal with shrimps, soup, vegetables and the main course squid and rice! Very tasty! Now its time for bed waiting for the Christmas!!!!
